Amy Dale

Amy Dale has held the position of curator at the Migration Museum since July 2014, where she loves spending her days surrounded by interesting objects. 

Prior to this, she led digital development for the Scottish Museums sector, as the first Digital Communications Development Manager for Museums Galleries Scotland. With an MLitt in Museum & Gallery Studies, early career opportunities saw Amy assisting with the creation of the new Museum of the University of St Andrews (MUSA), working at the British Museum and Hampshire Museums Service. Amy has championed the effective use of social media in a professional heritage setting since 2009.
